These terms and conditions govern your use of the Universal Rubbish Removal IE website and services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Universal Rubbish Removal IE is a rubbish removal service operating in Kilkenny and the South East of Ireland. Contact us at 087 442 2116 or via WhatsApp.
2. Booking & Quotes
- All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided (including photos/descriptions sent via WhatsApp). Final price is confirmed on the day of collection.
- Quoted prices cover standard access situations. Additional charges may apply for restricted access, multiple flights of stairs, or items significantly heavier than described.
- We reserve the right to refuse collection of items not disclosed at time of booking.
3. Payment
- Payment is due on the day of collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.
4. Cancellation
- Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee.
5. Items We Cannot Accept
We are unable to collect the following:
- Hazardous waste (asbestos, chemicals, medical waste, paint, oil).
- Gas cylinders or pressurised containers.
- Any items prohibited under Irish waste regulations.
6. Liability
- We take reasonable care when collecting items from your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to items or property.
- You are responsible for ensuring items to be removed are legally yours to dispose of.
- Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the job booked.
7. Waste Disposal
We dispose of all waste in accordance with Irish waste management legislation. Where possible we recycle, donate, or divert items from landfill.
8. Website Use
The content on this website is for general information only. We make no warranties about its accuracy or completeness. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
